Welcome to the UKAN-SKILLS Repository of material to support the development of student skills
The main aim of the UKAN-SKILLS Project http://lis.tees.ac.uk/ukan (funded by JISC) is to produce demonstration versions of online ‘skills development maps’ for a range of different approaches to skills development. To do this, the Project Team is engaging in ‘dialogues’ with trial academic programmes the project has a partnership with Janet A Hale of curriculummapping101.com and Rubicon International to use Rubicon's Atlas online curriculum mapping software to host the skills development maps.
The identified ‘skills activity points’ on the maps will have links to easily accessible and copyright-free learning objects contained in this demonstration version repository developed by Dave Cormier of the University of Prince Edward Island.
